We reserve the right to request supporting documentation to verify
personal information at our absolute discretion.

address etc. will be collected by our accredited payment bureau,
PayPal (Europe) Limited & or NoChex, as part of the payment
process on entering the competition, and such collection and their
use of such personal details will be covered by their privacy policy.
Under no circumstances will we collect or hold sensitive personal
data such as the details of any such payment or your card number,
expiry date and security code, since all payment transactions will
be handled by and through PayPal (Europe) Limited or NoChex . For

Any personal information that we collect via our Website, will be
used in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 and all regulations
made there under and only for the purposes of:

(b) complying with our customer service and/or
after-entry obligations under the terms and conditions of the competition
and any other legal requirements;
(c) updating you on the progress of the competition
and, if applicable, informing you as to whether you are the winner
or a runner-up of the competition; and
(d) if you are the winner of the competition, publishing
your name, age and town of residence on our Website to announce
that you have won.
We will not use any of your personal data for marketing or, except
with your prior agreement or as required by law, pass any such data
onto any third party.

need to keep some of your personal data in order to process your
entry and/or comply with our customer service and/or after-entry
obligations under the terms and conditions of the competition.
(b) You also have the right to request a copy of
any personal data we hold about you. To do this, simply write to
us at the following address, enclosing a cheque for £10 payable
to WinAHomeInTheSun Ltd to cover our administration costs:
